We’re always breathing, yet we’re mostly unaware of its tremendous potential! 

Heightened oxygen levels hold a treasure trove of benefits, and the specialized breathing technique of the Wim Hof Method unearths them all: more energy, reduced stress levels, and an augmented immune response that swiftly deals with pathogens.

Step 1: Inhale 30 fully (belly, chest, head). Exhale gently about half of the air. It doesn't matter if you breathe through your mouth or nose.

Step 2: Hold your breath. OPTIONAL: do push-ups while holding your breath.

Step 3: Inhale and hold.

**Repeat this process several times. You'll be able to hold your breath longer each time.

CAUTION: Sitting or laying down only. not while driving, showering, or near water.

Respect your limits and do not force. This is a powerful technique.
